Robert Brava-Partain is an associate attorney of Baum Hedlund and a member of the firm's antidepressant drug litigation department. Mr. Brava-Partain focuses his practice on the law and motion aspects of many of the firm's complex cases. He and other members of Baum Hedlund have successfully defeated numerous defense motions asserting federal preemption. Robert recently argued and won a case before the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals concerning a challenge to the privilege protection of Baum Hedlund's potential client website questionnaires
